About Us
Agent Clean University was founded on the idea that in-the-field experience on actual jobs is the most beneficial way of teaching exterior cleaning to both new technicians and seasoned veterans alike.
Started by Andrew Snyder and Jon Welker, founders of Agent Clean Franchising, Agent Clean University has teamed with Certified Instructors – leaders in the industry – across the country.
Most recently, Agent Clean University and The Power Wash Store will be joining forces to offer quality training events throughout the year, in addition to presentations at various UAMCC events.
Agent Clean University offers students the chance to Expand, Improve, and Discover.

Classroom Knowledge
Agent Clean University starts with classroom knowledge. The instructors will cover equipment, methods, mixology, and other aspects of exterior cleaning know-how. This is the chance to ask questions, take notes, and prepare for hands on work.
Field Experience
After the classroom portion of the School is done, you will head out into the field for both hands on demonstrations of equipment as well as opportunities to go out with instructors on actual jobs. This adds the perspective of what it’s like to run your field crew and work under the pressure of appeasing a client.
Certified Instructors
Agent Clean University has partnered with Leaders in the Industry who are considered to be Certified Instructors. Their methods, knowledge, experience, and business savvy make them natural leaders and resources for students to learn from. Our instructors include: Paul Kassander, Ramon Burke, Erik and Lisa Seitz, Jon Karmazyn, Colm Fidgeon, Timothy Welker, Jon Welker, and Andrew Snyder.
